Microsoft Edge now has this popular Steam-like feature

Late last year, Microsoft showed off its Edge browser for the first time, saying it planned to make Edge the browser of choice for PC gamers. Microsoft Edge gaming assistance. Microsoft Edge Game Assist is now out of initial beta and available to everyone.
Game Assist appears to be modeled after Steam's overlay browser. It can also detect when some supported games are being played and provide relevant information on the side panel. Currently supported games include marvel rival, Indiana Jones and the Circleand Dragon Age: Veiled Wardens. However, these are not the only games available to play. Any game can be used in this mode, but only supported games will have ready-to-use automatic guides. The video below demonstrates how Game Assistant works.
Players can access this feature by visiting Microsoft Edge and opening Settings to find the Game Access widget. Once installed, the Game Assistant feature will be available in Game Bar. Players' favorites, browsing history, and cookies will remain unchanged due to the date Game Assist shares browser data with Edge.
