Doom: Dark Ages will not have multiplayer

As the latest entry in one of the best shooter series of all time, Doomsday: Dark Ages Seems like a good candidate for a multiplayer option. but as part of today Xbox developers face to faceBethesda and id Software have revealed that there will be no multiplayer in Dark Ages. Regardless, it sounds like Doom fans are getting the best game possible with this trade-off.
It is reported european playersDoom: Dark Ages executive producer Marty Stratton confirmed that the new game is focused on creating an “epic campaign.”
“We made this decision early so that we could really go all-in on the campaign,” Stratton said. “This is the biggest, most sweeping, most epic campaign we’ve ever done, We are very pleased with this decision.”
According to game director Hugo Martin, the decision to focus on the single-player campaign allowed the team to add some of the craziest elements in Dark Ages, including The ability to fight in a post-apocalyptic style mecha.
“That's why we were able to put the Dragon and the Atlan (mecha) in,” Martin noted. “I mean, these are things that we want to do in games, like multiple games right now, but can't because we have a multiplayer component – and we love that – but really, it's The goal is just to focus on the single-player campaign and improve the player experience.”
Bethesda and id also shared Doom: Dark Age PC specsand a powerful machine was needed to complete this title in its final form. “Doom: Dark Age” will be released on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on May 15th.
