As reported Bloombergthe Freedom of Information Act requested the Commission’s statement confirming Roblocks in a “active and ongoing investigation.”
“We have confirmed in the law enforcement department that there are responsive emails among law enforcement officers citing Roblox that are part of an active and ongoing investigation,” the SEC told Bloomberg.
It is unclear how much Roblox is involved, or even the subject of the investigation.
