Digimon's Story: Times Stranger's Pre-orders have survived for PS5, Xbox and PC

Bandai Namco announced the long-running Digimon Story RPG series, Digimon Story: Time Stranger, the next entry to launch on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC later in 2025. The game will allow players to recruit and train their own team of digital monsters to use them in period missions that span the real digital world. Although no specific release date has been confirmed, reservations for the game already exist Amazon and GameStop.

So far, Bandai Namco has only announced Digimon Story: Time Stranger Standard Edition, which includes the base game of your choice. You can book Physical PS5 and Xbox copy on Amazon and GameStop. Digital bookings are also available for purchase on the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store and Steam. Please note that the last box art has not been disclosed yet.
While Digimon's Story: The Stranger of Times seems to be a brand new storyline in the series, the Digimon Story series has been around since Game Boy Advance. The latest previous release in the series is Digimon Story Cyber Suluth and its prequel Cyber Detective-The Hacker's Memories, both of which feature similar turns-based battles and story demonstrations that resemble Strangers of the Times. If you want to play new games before they are released, you can capture both in a single package with the Digimon Story Cyber Slecth full version, which is available for $25.45 on Nintendo Switchor $43.49 on PC by Fanatic (It's $50).
Currently, several other Digimon games, including Digimon Survive, are also being sold, which blends visual narrative with the tactical combat division.
