Death Stranding 2: On the Beach There is an official June release date Locked in and judging from the new trailer, some nods to the Metal Gear Solid series where Hideo Kojima worked during Konami's tenure. In a new browsing of the game, the name of Neil, played by Italian actor Luca Marinelli. This is a brief moment when Neil wears a turban with metal gear fans pointing to the screen when he is teased in the dark past of the bridge organization:

As shown in the picture above, Neil looks very similar after dressing up as a fight. Back to the 2020 Instagram posts, Kojima mentions Marinelli If the snake decides to wear the character's turban, it will be the “spit image” of the snake, and it seems that the prediction has come true Death Stranding 2.
It is also worth noting here that the character is on both sides of several soldiers, similar to how death-struggling opponent Clifford Unger will surround the troops when they appear in the game. This shows that Neil has passed away and has become a post-death entity, a man who finds himself forced to complete his unfinished business and can head to the battlefield beach.
In a brief scenario, another reference to the metal gear solid can be seen, in which Heartman controls the DHV Magellan submersible, fusing it with the giant entities in the tar to take over the other giants. Yoji Shinkawa is the artistic director of Metal Gear Solid in 1998, who also works in Death Malware 2, so it's not surprising to see some visual callbacks designed by Magellan.
Here, there is also a Pacific Rim tip in the Magellans’ control interface, a good hint to the visual inspiration of the film director and the dead.
