The Pokémon company has officially solved the problems fans have encountered with their recent Pokémon trading card game sets. The company confirmed in a new statement that there will be reprints along the way and is providing products to fans.

“We understand that this inconvenience can be disappointing for fans, and we are actively working to print more affected Pokémon TCG products and acknowledge it with the best of our ability,” the statement said. “The reprinted products are expected to be used at participating retailers as soon as possible.”
TPC also said it would “maximize production” for future TCG expansion to increase product availability at launch and would “continue to reprint affected products” to supplement stocks, including Pokémon Center.
Additionally, Pokémon resolved some of its scalper responses in a roundabout way. As the company says, for the release at Pokémon Center, it “commits to provide a smooth buying experience and adopts technology that helps put the product in the hands of fans first.” Currently, Pokémon Center uses virtual queues of certain products during a period of increasing site traffic.
“We will continue to explore measures to create the best experience for our Pokémon Center customers,” the company said. “We want to thank the community for their continued support and patience as we strive to provide fans with more Pokémon TCG products.”
Hopefully this statement is correct and we will see some changes to reduce the stress of collecting and playing Pokémon TCG.
