Regarding the delay in the game, Funcom said the decision was “to have more time to cook” after its ongoing feedback from closed beta. This will also allow them to implement some of the changes they found and are required to be made at this Beta stage.
Additionally, Funcom said the delay will allow “a massive beta weekend next month where more people will have the opportunity to play games and share your feedback.”
While this may be disappointing for some who want to jump into Dune: Awakening As soon as possible, Funcom will host a live battle later today at 12 a.m. ET/9 p.m. ET, which will reveal more about PVP and PVE mechanics, prototypes, and skills.
