Bungie lawsuit must quote Destiny 2 fan videos as content in the game no longer exists

Bungie is not shy about removing older content from Destiny 2 (the process called “Vault”) in order to make room for new things, but this controversial approach seems to have some unexpected consequences. As part of the lawsuit filed against them, Bungie had to quote YouTube's fan videos because the content in question was no longer part of the game.

Although publishers can usually simply submit copies of the game as an exhibition, it is not possible here for obvious reasons.
