Sony allegedly rejected the sequel to the PlayStation 4 game, The Order: 1886, due to its poor reception, said Develing Ready's co-founder.
Andrea Pessino told From Maxx Maxx At dawn’s ready, it plays an “incredible” sequel and will “sign (it’s) life” to make it purely for the players. The Order: 1886, 2015 as an action game about werewolf in London, but despite being one of the best games of this generation, it received medium reviews from critics.
“It's going to be an incredible sequel, and I can tell you, that's a fact,” said Pestino. Although he said he doesn't own the franchise, he can't say much. “Either (the key reception), we introduced Sony to Sony and in a sense they passed because if we thought we would be screwed up.”
Pessino said that it was ready at dawn, had a tough relationship with Sony when making the original game, and eventually had to cut countless elements to reach the deadline, and finally issued an order before it was ready: 1886.
The game's initial ball's graphic fidelity and reveals Sony expects to submit the same build quality at some milestones in its development, but when it's ready at dawn, payments must prioritize other things and cannot be given for the time being Consider meeting the same graphic standards.
Pessino said it was the industry standard for third-party publishers, but that led to a frustrating relationship between Ready and Sony in the Dawn era. The team is ready to sign a worse situation to make the order: the 1886 sequel anyway.
“We did it just because we wanted to deliver it to the players, but we would have…a bad budget, a small budget, and we would be completely at the mercy of any decision and the mercy of anything,” Pesino said.
“We can't negotiate a reasonable contract; they can do anything. But we will do anything because we want the opportunity to redeem the franchise. All the basic work is very, very good, and I can tell you as a fact.
Command: 1866 was also left on a blatant cliff, so fans are eager to sequel. Ten years have passed, and these hopes are shattered When ready, the owner Meta closed in 2024.
