Do Android's Dream of Electric Sheep was written in 1968 by Philip K. Dick and is considered one of the groundbreaking works of the now-popular Cyberpunk genre. Decades later, dystopian science fiction will be the basis of the iconic Ridley Scott's 1982 film The Sword Blade Runner. Since then, the story version of the movie has expanded with the 2017 sequel Blade Runner 2049 and the upcoming Prime Video series Blade Runner 2099 (which will be released in 2025). The film also inspired a series of official graphic novels that explore new corners of the Cyberpunk environment.
One of the latest additions is Blade Runner: Tokyo Nexusit arrived in February and added a brand new home to the Blade Runner Universe. And on June 3 Blade Runner 2039 Box Set It will end a long-standing story about Aahna'Ash'Ashina, the first ever female blade runner, and her mission to uncover the conspiracy against humans and replicas.
