Dragon Quest 3 sequel comics finally get the official English version

Dragon Quest is one of the most popular Japanese video game series of all time, so it is no surprise that it inspired several anime and manga spin-offs. Dragon Quest: Erdrick's first volume is the 376-page original comic series by Kamui Fujiwara, published from 1991 to 1997. This new version marks the first time it is available in English.
The story comes a century after the final battle between hero Erdrick and Dragnlord Zoma at the end of Dragon Quest 3. Although the land has enjoyed decades of peace, a new evil force emerges and a young prince sets on his way to defeat the new threat.
