In 2006, Bethesda was at a high point in the success of the Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. To get fans back to Cyrodiil, developers started releasing small paid DLC packages for the game. The company hardly knew the company was caught in controversy when its first DLC backpack in April: Horse Armor.
