How to farm and reset your boss on the road to exile

To create a new instance of a map in POE 2, follow these steps:

• Go to any waypoint in POE 2
• Find the map you want to run
• Click its icon on the world map and find it again on the area map
• On the controller, you need to press “A/X” on the map icon. Then, hold A/X to propose the instance manager
• On the keyboard, you need to press “CTRL + left click” on the map icon to present the instance manager
• In the instance manager, select New and it will reset the map and every enemy above

After starting a new instance, you can run the same map again and find the boss you want to farm.

What happens when you reset the map in exile path 2?

After the new instance is started, the entire map will be cleaned. This means that all the fog you cleared on the minimap has been reset and you have to find a way to go back to your boss or other area again.
