LEGO’s 1,872-piece Back to the Future DeLorean is on sale at Amazon for a limited time

Inside the box, you'll find 1,872 pieces that can be used to build Dr. Brown's incredible time machine. LEGO designed the Back to the Future Time Machine as a three-in-one, giving fans the choice of which of three versions of the famous vehicle to build.

The car is filled with screen-accurate details, such as working gull-wing doors, lightning rods used when it requires 1.21 gigawatts of power, and a refined interior. There's even a flux capacitor glow brick, an optional Mr. Fusion energy reactor and folding wheels (for when you want to put the car into hover mode), and several other extra parts to replicate Back to the Future 3》Appearance. You'll also get two minifigures of Doc Brown and Marty McFly.

To be clear, you can only build and display one version of the DeLorean, but LEGO's selection-based builds are cool because you can use alternative build guides to revisit, partially deconstruct, and modify to create a whole new look for your display stand. Of course, you can buy three LEGO DeLorean sets so you don't have to choose.
