New PS5 update brings significant changes to active settings

Sony announces that it is launching the latest system software update for PS5. Version 25.02-11.00.00a phased release starting today.
As part of this update, players will now fully display their activity details, but potential spoilers are still hidden. Additionally, Unicode 16.0 emojis are now supported and players can use them in their messages.
The update also brings new changes to the parental limit settings for PS5. The Communications and User Generated Content feature will now default to Limits when they are set to “Later or above”. Those who have set it to “late or above” will not be affected by the previous settings and will still show “custom” instead of “restrictions”.
Finally, there are some unspecified system software performance and stability improvements, as well as message availability on some screens.
