Nintendo Switch 2 first-party accessories will be more expensive than originally announced

“Nintendo Switch 2 accessories will adjust the price announced on April 2, due to changes in market conditions,” said Dr. Nintendo announces In the official press statement.
Some of the new prices you can expect include the Switch 2 Pro Controller for $85 ($85), a pair of $95 Joy-Cons 2 ($90) and a Nintendo Switch 2 Dock for $120 ($110). We're not sure if a Joy-Con 2 will still cost more, as Nintendo doesn't mention it in its price adjustment list.
Nintendo has not ruled out “other adjustments” in the future, because the company has confirmed that “the price of any Nintendo product” will change as well, according to market decisions.

Other features included here are HD Rumble 2, motion controls, capture buttons and a 3.5mm audio jack for headphones. Apart from that, it has all the input you need to enjoy modern video games.

For now, it looks like a single Joy-Con 2 won't attach a price increase. If you need a backup game for the party game, you can grab it for only $50. This has all the features you find in both packages, but if you want to use GameChat in particular, you need to buy the right-handed Joy-Con 2 specifically.

Just like the right-handed Joy-Con 2, the left-handed has all the same technical specifications. The only real difference here is the dedicated capture button, which can be used for snapshots and game clips.

For more traditional controller settings, you can plug the Joy-Con 2 into this cradle. This works great when they are low because you can plug the USB-C cable into the charging port and play the game at the same time. Like the Switch 2 Pro controller, you will also find two customizable buttons behind the cradle.
