Pokémon Fans Hope Legend: ZA Finally Brings Some Elemental Monkey Trio to Nintendo Switch

Yesterday’s Pokémon: ZA GamePlay reveals new information about the futuristic Lumiose City in the upcoming Pokémon game, including dozens of Pokémon we should expect to see there. But, a threesome that fans really hope to see didn't appear: Elemental Monkey Panple, Pansage and Pansear.
Why are fans hanging so much on the Monkey Trio? A bit complicated. These three monkeys and their evolution have been part of an ever-increasing list of Pokémon that are currently unavailable in any Nintendo Switch game. If you want to really catch everyone, you can still transfer them to Pokémon Home by transferring them from other Pokémon games front switches. But at the moment, the following Pokémon cannot be captured in any Nintendo Switch Pokémon game:
- porch
- Retouching
- pansear
- resemblance
- Siswa
- Simple
- square
- Monitoring
- Furfrou
This list used to be much longer, but Game Freak added a lot of new Pokémon to Pokémon Scarlet and Violet in DLC and knocked the list to these 9. More importantly, the trailer we saw yesterday showed both Patrat and Forfrou, confirming that these two will be offered at least in the legend: arceus. And since the viewer evolved from Patrat, it's also a safe option, and it will also be in the game. This way, the three monkeys were left.
Elemental Monkey Trio was originally introduced in Pokémon Black and White and has been loved by fans due to the unique way players get it. In black and white, the first gym that the player encounters will use the player's starting Pokémon weak typing. However, if the player visits someone in the dream, they will gain monkeys with an advantage over the gym, making it easier to solve. Their design is also memorable because it is based on the wise monkey of Japanese folklore that “do not listen to evil, see evil, and speak evil”.

In fact, the odds of the monkey trio appearing in the legend are actually very good. It would be very surprising for gaming freaks to exclude them from the last major Pokémon game on the Nintendo Switch, given that they appear in the Kalos area Pokédex during the day, which only keeps them still in ZA.
Even if monkeys are included, there are still other problems with the game freak to solve: Spinda. Spinda can catch the Nintendo Switch of Brilliant Diamond/Shining Pearl in the Nintendo Switch, but it cannot be transferred to PokémonHome due to the error in the read live mode of the game. You can still get Spinda from the game before the transfer, but the weird nature of Spindas on the Switch means that the dizzy bear may also use a functional ZA look if Game Freak feels like it can be normal.
