Wayne's World 2 4K Blu-ray Booking Discounts on Amazon

This is the time for the party, because Wayne's World 2 is getting new 4K Blu-ray release May 27. The 1993 sequel will also be equipped with a standard Blu-ray version of the movie, as well as an option for additional content. Booking is now available on Amazon, even for only $33.49 ($45).

This new 4K version of Wayne's World 2 is negatively made by the original 35mm camera. Also included are the 1080p version of the movie, as well as a selection of bonus features and a special case lid.

While it's not as popular as the first film, Wayne's World 2 still has a lot of charm. The sequel revolves around TV hosts Mike Myers and Garth Algar (Dana Carvey) working to organize a major music concert called Waynestock, and naturally, the duo faced some challenges along the way. Christopher Walken also plays an executive at Slimey Records, who is trying to steal Wayne's girlfriend, Tia Carrere.
If you want to revisit the original, that's the first Wayne's World also receives a 4K Blu-ray release in 2022 To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the birth of the cult classic comedy. It's worth noting that there are almost no additional features on this copy – director Penelope Spheeris, a small feature and audio reviews in the trailer – without the standard Blu-ray of the old features, but it still has a pretty decent visual upgrade. You can snap it up for $23 ($26) on Amazon.

Actors Mike Myers and Dana Carvey have been in an interesting career since Wayne's world ended, with Myers continuing to star in the iconic Austin Powers trilogy.
