Why does Rockstar publish small movies about the UK to audiences with 21 million followers on Earth? Who is this Danny Dyer guy? Don't worry, we explain here.
Who is Danny Dyer?
Danny John Dyer is Danny Dyer, an East London actor. If you live in the UK, he does not need an introduction. As Rockstar's post states, he is “absolute legend.” If you can't speak English, please refer to The definition of the term by the city dictionary Better understand Dell's reputation:
“A man who embodies the pinnacle of all important social aspects. Anyone who is interesting, reckless, primitive and sensitive can be nominated for legend by his colleagues. One person, the character you pursue.”
Dyer has been performing since 1993 and is known for playing rough and ready working class roles. This is partly due to his public role. He is considered a little outspoken on social and government issues and is known for his lifestyle of “hard uncle”. For example, in 2010, when advising readers of Zoo Magazine, Dyer told a man that he should “have a rampage (drinking) with the boys.
Dyer is also loved for many of his wild social media posts, such as this gem:

How does Danny Dyer connect to Rockstar?
If you don't know who Danny Dyer is, but a big fan of Grand Theft Auto game, you'll almost certainly hear him. Dyer plays Kent Paul in GTA: Scottish Rock Band manager, loves fists. He retells the role of GTA: San Andreas, where Kent represents a new band, The Gurning Inging, and later produced for rapper Madd Dogg.
Dyer has a more important connection with Rockstar, which comes from an unusual place. In 2004, Dyer starred in Football Factory, a British film directed by Nick Love, produced by…Rock Star Game. Yes, once upon a time, Rockstar helped make a feature film.

Marching Powder is a new movie released in the UK and Ireland this week, reunited with Nick Love. While not a sequel to the Football Factory, the project brings up many of the same ideas, including football-style rogue behavior (see: Violence among fans), a lot of alcohol and drug use, and a unique sense of British gritty sense of humor.
Despite posting on X, Rockstar has nothing to do with parade fans. It seems that due to their previous connections with Dyer and Love and their work at the football factory, the studio is just advocating for the film.
Does Vice City's Kent Paul return to GTA 6?
Short answer: We don't know. And this social media post certainly has nothing to do with GTA 6. But hey, we can theoretically anyway. Can Kent Paul appear in Grand Theft Auto 6?
It is important to remember that GTA is divided into two very different eras: the 3D era (games released on PS2 and PSP) and the HD era (GTA 4 begins). Both are considered their own universes – one storyline is not another. That's why GTA 5's Los Santos looks completely different from the same city as San Andreas, and why there's no direct mention of characters in the PS2 era game in GTA 4 and 5.

But that's not to say there is no overlap. CJ's homepage Cul-De-Sac, Grove Street appears in GTA 5, and many gangs that first appeared in the 3D universe are in the HD universe, including Ballas. The infamous ponytail Scumbag Lazlo also competes in the GTA game that spans two eras. Here's the kicker: Kent Paul named after him on Vinewood's Celebrity Journey.
So, is it possible for Kent Paul to return to GTA 6? Of course it is possible. However, the post about powder on X certainly doesn't bring us closer to confirmation.
